Fill Dirt
description:
A mix of black soil and clay. Can contain larger chunks of soil and may contain some foreign material.
Uses:
Back fill projects, berm construction, pond dam, and large project leveling
Red Dirt
description:
Reddish in color lean clay. Lean clays are typically the best as they usually perform uniformly. Silts and expansive “fat” clays are less desirable.
Soil proctor available upon request.
Uses:
Fill material and pad construction.
Black Topsoil
description:
An excellent growing medium. Dark in color and easily workable, making leveling and top dressing less labor intensive.
Uses:
An all purpose soil. Great for top dressing soil areas with poor quality native soil and leveling low areas prior to seeding and sodding. Used to construct above ground planter beds, build berms, and backfill projects.
